DePerno provides some very convincing data in this article.

According to him, an illegal implant exists that enables relatively easy contact between outside sources and Dominion machines.

During War Room, he told Bannon that the computers were extremely easy to hack and that they could move votes in a variety of ways, including at the county level.

As part of a forensic audit in Antrim County, Michigan, DePerno discovered this material.

Breaking on War Room: Matt DePerno says they found unauthorized (by counties etc) SQL software on Dominion machines that could be used to manipulate the election data. SQL is a database management tool. Would be easy to create scripts, run them on data and then delete them.
